It was in this context that she began to take a deep interest in the human processes behind organizational decisions: leadership, culture, well-being, and purpose.Today, she integrates her business experience with contemporary human development approaches such as coaching, Theory U, somatic practices, and conscious leadership, supporting organizations that seek to evolve their cultures from a more integral perspective.Her work is centered on a simple yet profound conviction:
